CHL REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
REGISTRATION
Upon registration, participants will receive an immediate confirmation. Final confirmations with directions to the training site will be sent via email within one week of training date.
PAYMENT
Options include:
- Registering online and submitting purchase order or check to Center for Health and Learning prior to the training. (If you must register before you have received a purchase order number, type 1111 in the PO Number field to bypass the system.)
- Filling out downloaded registration form and submitting to CHL with a purchase order or check prior to the training
- If no payment is received before the training, CHL will submit an invoice to you immediately after the training.
REFUND POLICY
- A full refund will be made for a cancellation received one week prior to the training. For people unable to travel due to inclement weather, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
- A fifty per cent refund will be made for cancellations within the final week of the training.
- There will be no refund for a "no-show" on the day of the training.
